This is a 45-minute phone consultation to discuss questions and concerns about assisted living facilities and dementia care. We will go over your loved one's needs according to current abilities and diagnosis, levels of care available in your state, resident to caregiver ratio, questions to ask prior to move-in, resident activities, transportation for outings, and other pertinent information regarding facility of choice.
