This is a 5-hour service which includes 4-hours of research time and a 1-hour consultation via Zoom meeting. An invoice is sent for payment prior to scheduling the service for the research of 2 residential facilities of choice. Please schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation first and have the names and addresses of your 2 facilities.

We will search for any known regulatory violations, citations, civil fines, or lawsuits. As well as licensure type, levels of care, caregiver-to-resident ratio, activities offered, deposits, move-in down payments, scope of services, and state regulations assessment for residential facility location. The facilities will be researched in a 4-hour time period, with results sent within 10 business days. Following that, a consultation will be scheduled to discuss results. You will be sent a link for the Zoom meeting.

There are no refunds for scheduled services. However, you can reschedule with a 48-hour notice.
