This is a five-hour service.
I will search for any known regulatory violations, citations, and civil lawsuits. Licensure type, levels of care, caregiver-to-resident ratio, activities offered, deposits, move-in down payments, scope of services, and regulatory assessment for residential facility state location.
Each facility will be researched, with results sent within four business days, and consultation scheduled to discuss results.

Included is either a one-hour phone consultation or a one-hour Zoom meeting to discuss the results. The Zoom meeting is preferable as I can screen share with you to go over the documents sent, to explain what the information says about the facility and answer any questions you may have.
